Email support@pombers.com. If it’s about your account or a match, include your player tag (the number on your Account screen) and your iPhone model.

Restore Ad‑free

On a new phone or after reinstalling: Account → Restore (next to Buy Now), signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com.

A new name

On your Account screen, tap the refresh button for a new adjective. Your #tag stays the same — it’s your friend code.

Adding friends

Account → Friends, then type their tag — or open the invite link they shared, and their tag is filled in for you. They get an invite to accept.
